IDDI (International Drug Development Institute)– an expert therapy-focused data services and high-level strategic consulting CRO – was founded by Marc Buyse, ScD in 1991. We are a highly recognized biostatistical and eClinical data service provider in the field of clinical research, providing agile clinical trials services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device/diagnostic companies. Together, we want to achieve one objective: support our clients to accelerate the delivery of their drugs and improve people’s health.

We are truly grateful to the 350+ pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as academic cooperative groups and CROs worldwide who have entrusted us the planning and management of more than 1275 clinical trials.

Over the last 30 years, IDDI has grown into a multinational company recognized by the Lifesciences industry and regulatory authorities with offices Belgium (Ottiginies LLN) and USA (Raleigh, NC,) and over 140 talented professionals.

Today, with over 30 years of experience, we are proud to be a valuable partner in the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of clinical trials through optimal study design, innovative statistical methodology and state-of-the-art integrated web systems that help achieve time savings and cost-effective clinical trial processes.
