We are looking for an Accountant (A–Z) to join our Finance team and play a central role in ensuring accuracy, compliance and data quality across the group.

Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of bookkeeping, monthly and annual accounts and legal compliance, while working closely with the Finance Operations Specialist, our external fiduciary and the Financial Controller. You will also become the Adfinity technical expert within the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping: postings, reconciliations, depreciation, accruals, cut‑offs.

  • Prepare monthly accounts and provide clear reporting to the Financial Controller.

  • Handle annual accounts (BNB) and legal deadlines; maintain audit documentation.

  • Apply BE GAAP rigorously and oversee tax topics with the fiduciary.

  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely, compliant filings.

  • Act as Adfinity technical referent: optimize workflows & document processes in collaboration with the Financial Operations Specialist. Support the Finance team.

  • Co‑manage the Chart of Accounts and analytical axes with the Financial Controller.

  • Ensure analytical consistency to support budget tracking and reporting.

Job requirements

The successful candidate should have most of the following attributes:

  • At least 5 years of end‑to‑end accounting experience.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.

  • French required; good level of English.

  • Excellent knowledge of BE GAAP, VAT and tax rules.

  • Experience preparing annual accounts.

  • Strong Excel skills; affinity with ERP tools.

  • Experience with Adfinity is a plus.

  • Autonomous, rigorous & structured.

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and managing priorities.

  • Proactive in reporting progress, challenges and solutions.

  • Able to uphold best practices while adapting to business needs.

  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a helicopter view.
