You apply

Send your application through our webpage, LinkedIn, or via someone you know who works at IDDI.

We screen your application

HR reviews all applications received, in collaboration with the hiring manager, to ensure your profile matches the requirements.

Pre-screen interview

If you are selected for the pre-screen interview, HR will contact you to schedule a Microsoft Teams call. This is your opportunity to give us the chance to learn more about you, your expectations and understanding of the position and IDDI.

Technical interview/assessment

This is the opportunity to show us your knowledge and skills, as well as demonstrate your understanding of specific technical concepts related to the position. IDDI strives to have the candidate's potential direct manager involved in the interview process, if possible. Based on the role and specific skills required, you may be asked to provide example work as well as perform hands-on technical assessments before, during, and after the interview.

Final interview

Human Resources will conduct an in-depth interview to confirm your understanding of the role and motivation for working at IDDI. Based on the seniority of the position, you may be invited to an additional interview with a member of the executive management team. You may be asked to provide a list of professional references as well.

US Employment Verification

Before starting your collaboration at IDDI in the US, you will be required to sign an employment authorization and consent form, so we can verify your previous employment work history. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for this part of our hiring process to be completed.  While the employment verification process is ongoing, we continue the process.
